The Maharashtra Cosmopolitan Education Society has constructed the entire building of M. A. Rangoonwala College of Dental Sciences and Research Centre on 5 acres of land earmarked for the use of Dental College as per the norms laid down by the Dental Council of India, New Delhi. The construction work of the Dental College building admeasuring 1, 1 0,000 Sq.ft. is complete even before the commencement of the academic year 2001-2002 as required by the Dental Council of India to impart teaching and training upto final year Bachelor of Dental Surgeon (B.D.S.) course.





LABORATORIES
Excellent & fully equipped laboratories are basic requirement for imparting good training and quality education and producing knowledgeable professionals. Keeping this in mind the management has provided spacious, well-ventilated and lighted laboratories equipped with all modern amenities such as equipment's, instruments, surgical equipment, chemicals etc. Separate cabins are provided for Professors and Heads in each department.

CLASS ROOMS
Fully furnished classrooms are ready with the attachment of Over-Head Projector and Slide Projector as teaching aids. All the classrooms are spacious, well ventilated & lighted.

CENTRAL DENTAL CLINIC - O.P.D.
The College has a spacious Out Patient Department the Central Dental Clinic, equipped with modern Dental chairs and all the necessary attachments. The O.P.D. has a separate X-ray Unit and all other surgical equipment to provide all types of dental treatment at a reasonable cost to the needy patients. The response of the patients visiting O.P.D. is good.





LIBRARY
The College has a spacious well-ventilated & lighted reading hall equipped with tables and chairs. There is a separate stacking room provided with bookshelves, racks etc. for books and journals. The College library has adequate number for books, journals and periodicals even before the commencement of First year B.D.S. course. The Library & Reading hall remain open from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. on all the days. The College has provided an INTERNET facility in the College library so as to keep our students updated with the latest development in the field of Medicine, dentistry & other allied subjects. The College has also made provision to provide rare and expensive books to the needy students through the Book Bank of the College library.






HOSTELS
The M.C.E. Society has made available two separate hostels for boys and girls for the students of Dental College within the campus.

EXTRA CURRICULAR & SPORTS ACTIVITIES
In addition to achieving academic excellence, The Maharashtra Cosmopolitan Education Society has always striven for personal - development, developing communication skills, leadership qualities so that the students can face today's competitive world boldly.
The society has a huge V.M. Gany Sports Complex & Pavilion which has facilities for outdoor games like Cricket, Football, Hockey & has 8 lane 400 meter athletic tracks. The college has a big Recreation Hall for indoor games like Carrom, Chess, Table-Tennis, Badminton etc.
